Program Notes
“Dragon Eyes” is a programmatic work for Strings. The story centers around a mythical dragon soaring through the sky, its eyes glowing as it surveys the world below. Set in a minor key, the piece builds a sense of suspense and invites listeners into an imaginative soundscape. Parts are reinforced to support young players, allowing them to focus on phrasing, ensemble balance, and musical expression.
