In this modern twist on Mendelssohn’s epic Hebrides Overture, low strings get to dig into energetic accented bass lines as two prominent themes weave through the orchestra. This arrangement is very playable in first position with a few simple accidentals. Every section of the orchestra is featured using the same melodic echoes that inspired Mendelssohn almost two centuries ago. Includes optional drum set.
