Ben Snoek
The Rev. Benjamin P. Snoek is the campus pastor at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he also teaches as a theology professor. Originally from Holland, Michigan, he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a Ph.D. candidate in systematic theology at Columbia International University.
At the age of thirteen, Snoek’s first compositions were published by Wingert-Jones Publications. Since then, his music has been performed by ensembles around the world. He has won multiple compositional awards, including the inaugural J.W. Pepper/Azusa Pacific University Composition Contest with his piece, “Ridgefinder.” Snoek is an ordained pastor in the Christian Reformed Church in North America. In addition to his work as a composer, he has served churches in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky as a pastor, worship leader, and musician.
