Ben Snoek

The Rev. Dr. Benjamin P. Snoek received his B.S. and M.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds a Ph.D. in theological studies from Columbia International University. A double bassist by training, Snoek is a familiar composer of string orchestra music. His music is performed around the United States and internationally, including at the Midwest Clinic. Many of his publications appear on state festival lists and have been recognized as J.W. Pepper Editor’s Choice selections. In addition to his work as a composer, Snoek has published peer-reviewed articles in the fields of church music and Protestant worship. He currently lives in Washington, D.C.
