Cello Boogie

Description

In Steve Laven’s original Cello Boogie, the cellos take the lead with a cool chromatic bass line. Violins are in first position, but incorporate third-finger string-crossing technique. The bouncy fugal thematic variation picks up the tempo to a true “blusey” finale.
