Symphony No. 5

Description

This arrangement condenses the instrumentation from full orchestra to string orchestra, but many of the original elements have been preserved. Although arranged in the key of G Major instead of the original B-flat Major, it allows greater accessibility for student ensembles. This impressive masterwork offers students great exposure to the late Classical era and to the legendary melodic writing of Franz Schubert.
