Howard Carroll

A native of Tampa, Fla., Mr. Carroll attended Florida A&M Univ, and graduated with a degree in Music Ed. However, Mr. Carroll began his musical career playing professionally in an R&B/Soul Band in the 1970s and 80s, in which he arranged all the music for the group. In 1994 he began his 2nd career as a high school band director. During his tenure for 17 years as a band director in Georgia, he arranged most of the marching and jazz band charts. Retiring in 2011, he knew the problems of finding good, quality music for marching bands. Since 2013 he has continued provide great arrangements for bands all over the nation.
