Description
The Great Gate of Kiev is the final movement of the great orchestral work “Pictures at an Exhibition” by Russian composer Modest Moussorgsky. It was originally written for piano, but was orchestrated into a classic for symphony orchestra by French composer Maurice Ravel. Now young players in band have the opportunity to experience the thrill of playing this epic work with this bold and impressive setting for young bands.
